Manner Plastics, a manufacturer of flexible PVC compounds, was in need of additional office space for their growing company, an updated and reorganized laboratory, and additional warehouse space for shipping and receiving. The new office addition is a formal extension of the existing and features a "belt-like" metal awning that visually ties the building together. The new open office area is oriented around a central resource room and features indirect lighting and a sophisticated, timeless colors and materials palette. The warehouse addition connects to the existing forming a dynamic offset ridge.
